Appointment and Booking Policy

Appointments

• Our center services are designed to give you the ultimate in relaxation and privacy. For the consideration of others, and the safety of your children, we ask that during these services please do not bring your children. However if you are purchasing gift cards in the lobby with your children please have them maintain an inside voice for the consideration of others.
• All children under the age of 18 classified as minor and should have their parent signature on the in-take form. All children under the age of 12 should not receive a massage longer then 30 min, parent presence during session is required.
• If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for a scheduled appointment the service provider has the right to refuse service to ensure that their next scheduled appointment does not have to be put behind. This rule also applies to waxing appointments only allowing a 5 minute grace period.
• Not showing up without calling for three scheduled appointments will result in needing a credit card on file to book any further appointments. If you do not show a fourth time your credit card will be charged for that service. If you refuse to have your credit card on file you will only be allowed to come in on a walk in basis.

Multiple People and Multiple Service Booking

• All multiple person bookings and multiple service booking (3 or more services) must be secured with a credit card. No credit card will be charged unless any part of any appointment or person in multiple person bookings is not cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. This includes being too late to perform the service or no showing the appointment as well.

Gift Certificates

• No certificate is redeemable for cash or tips.
• We cannot accept or verify lost certificates.
• All certificates must be presented at time of service or you must pay by other means and then may use your certificate at a later date.
• All Certificates are non-refundable.

Multiple People and Multiple Service Booking

• For our guest consideration, we ask that cellular phones and pagers be turned to vibrate during your visit.
• LaVida Massage cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.

Payments

• All returned checks will result in a $30 fee.
• Prices subject to change without prior notification.

Bridal Party Bookings

• Please call your local center for them to coordinate your special day.
