Your First Visit
Please arrive at least fifteen minutes prior
to your scheduled appointment to complete a client intake
form. If you'd like, you can click on the link below to print
out and complete the form right now.
Our massage therapy sessions are one hour
in length. This time includes a 5 minute initial consultation,
50 minutes of hands-on time, and 5 minutes at the end for
you to re-dress.
Simply call us at your center if you are unable
to keep your appointment, or if you are running late.
